This Privacy Policy describes how Cybrix, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating as Cybrix, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our Claude-native deployment platform available at cybrix.cc and app.cybrix.cc (the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address and any profile information you provide during signup
• Project Data: Your project name, build configuration, and deploy history
• Usage Data: Deploy logs (retained for 30 days), feature usage, and error reports
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security and debugging
• Payment Data: Processed through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate the deployment service on your behalf
• Package your project and deploy it to Cloudflare's edge network
• Send deploy notifications via Telegram (Pro plan)
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (deploy confirmations, billing receipts)
• Improve and optimize the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with:

• Cloudflare: Your project build output is deployed to Cloudflare Pages
• Anthropic (Claude): Deploy instructions are processed via the Claude API
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Hetzner: Infrastructure hosting for the API and build service
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Your Content

Your build output belongs to you. You can download it any time and host it anywhere. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over content you deploy through Cybrix.

6. Analytics

This marketing site uses privacy-respecting analytics that collect no personally identifiable information and set no cookies. No consent banner is required.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure API key management. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we take your data protection seriously.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Deploy logs are retained for 30 days. Upon account deletion, we retain data for 30 days for recovery purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. Your deployed sites on Cloudflare remain accessible until you remove them.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to certain processing activities

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.
